Identify, analyze, investigate, monitor and document patterns and trends in post marketing surveillance data as part of the CAPA system. Communicate and educate management, R&D, marketing, sales organization and other departments, as well as external customers about product performance. Ensure that information and insight gained from the investigations and corrective actions is fed back to the R&D and marketing organizations as part of the risk management and design input systems.

Senior QA Automation Engineer

The Senior QA Automation Engineer is passionate about evolving from manual testing to automated testing for the customer-facing IVR supporting Experian's Consumer Services contact center, and an agent-facing image processing solution. You will develop, maintain, and execute automation scripts. You have experience building automated test scripts to reduce repetitive manual testing.

Engineer I, QA

Provide quality information and/or support to the management of the complaints laboratory, analyzing, measuring and improving the processes in the BSC complaints laboratory. Engineer III, QA - Hybrid

Identify, analyze, investigate, monitor and document patterns and trends in post marketing surveillance data as part of the complaints process. Communicate and educate operations, management, R&D, marketing, sales organization and other departments, as well as external customers about product performance in complaints topics. Ensure that information and insight gained from the complaint investigations and corrective actions is fed back to the R&D and marketing organizations as part of the risk management and design input systems.
