Lead IT Quality Engineer

Skechers is looking for a Lead Quality Engineer in the IT Department. • As a Lead Quality Engineer, you will utilize superior knowledge and experience to test applications that integrate into Oracle Cloud Financials like Point-of-Sale (POS), Product Management System (PMS), Order Management System(OMS), etc. • We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented person with automation experience. • This individual will establish processes consistent with our best practices by communicating test strategy, test plans and testing status to team members and stakeholders, manage defect triage, send out reports and raise risks as needed to ensure project progresses. • They will oversee the testing of our software products and platform as part of a collaborative team in an agile development environment. • Lead and manage the manual and automated testing effort for IT systems integrated with the OCF Platform implementation. • Define and implement test automation, ensure scalability of automation and continuous integration across IT systems. • Develop automated regression tests that are robust, scalable, and resilient in the face of system changes for IT applications from scratch. • Develop and improve processes and procedures that address all aspects of the QE program. • Conduct the testing to execute functional, system integration, non-functional, and/or stage deployment testing. • Conduct automated and manual testing of new and existing software to maintain high quality standards, with a focus on effective use of automation. • Manage QE coding standards and frameworks and improve adoption of industry standard practices in IT Quality engineering department. • Collaborate with software engineers, product owners, DevOps and business stakeholders in defining and scoping software features and testing the acceptance criteria. • Track, document, and report quality KPIs and metrics. • Maintain test metrics, applying lessons learned and continuous process improvements. • Ensure accurate reporting for projects, test automation status is sent out regularly. • Mentor and develop QA engineers.

Senior Penetration Tester

The primary responsibility of the Senior Penetration Tester is to lead and execute comprehensive penetration testing activities across various digital platforms and environments. • This role will encompass testing web applications, APIs, mobile applications, network infrastructure, and cloud platforms (AWS and Azure). • Additionally, the role will involve contributing to the overall security strategy, particularly focusing on offensive and defensive security operations, threat intelligence and modelling. • The successful candidate will play a critical role in improving Tandem Bank’s security posture, working collaboratively with Security Operations to identify, mitigate, and remediate vulnerabilities, and assist in refining security protocols and best practices. • Conduct penetration tests on web applications, APIs, and mobile applications (Android & iOS). • Perform infrastructure security assessments of network environments and cloud platforms (AWS & Azure). • Review Firewall and Switch rules and ACLs • Lead in Red Team exercises to assess defensive measures and identify security weaknesses. • Execute social engineering campaigns, including complex phishing simulations and physical security tests. • Collaborate with internal teams to define remediation strategies for identified vulnerabilities. • Support forensic investigations and contribute to incident response activities. • Stay updated on the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and penetration testing methodologies. • Contribute to the development of security processes, procedures, and best practices to strengthen the security posture of Tandem Bank. • Prepare detailed reports for both technical teams and executive stakeholders, articulating vulnerabilities, and recommended remediation.
