As a Software Test Engineer for Embedded Systems, you ensure that the functional and non-functional aspects of our measurement devices and embedded applications are meeting our customers’ needs. You design and execute tests, support releases and contribute to continuous improvement. Through clear communication, you foster a common understanding and knowledge sharing within the team.
Your role
- Be part of a cross-functional agile development team
- Ensure the software quality of our CPX 200 measurement device and its embedded application throughout the development life cycle
- Design and execute system tests and guide the release cycle
- Plan and conduct field tests from a customer perspective and analyze issues that arise
- Develop, execute and maintain automated tests for our software solutions in C++
- Ensure a shared understanding of requirements and enable well-founded decisions by collaborating closely with product management and development
- Actively support knowledge sharing within the team and continuously develop your technical expertise

- Electrotechnical or mechatronics background and relevant work experience in quality assurance
- Familiarity with test automation and object-oriented programming

- Confident communication skills in English
