What You’ll Do

• Leading performance and functional validation efforts for scalable enterprise applications.
• Driving and implementing test strategies for functional and non-functional testing.
• Mentoring and guiding junior team members on automation, test planning, and execution.
• Collaborating with architects and product owners to gather requirements and define comprehensive test plans.
• Identifying and addressing system bottlenecks and performance issues.
• Developing new frameworks, tools, and strategies to improve automation and performance testing efficiency.
• Contributing to system scalability, reliability, and capacity initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in QA, with a strong focus on performance, automation, and system validation.
• Proven track record in leading complex test initiatives and working with cross-functional stakeholders.

Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience withSQLand proficiency inJavaorPython(must be able to code).
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and database performance.
• Experience with performance testing tools and frameworks.
• Expertise inCI/CD pipelines(e.g., Jenkins), version control (Git), and scripting (PowerShell or Shell).
• Hands-on experience withNoSQL databaseslike MongoDB and backend data validation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms likeAWS, Azure, or Google Cloudand their scalability/capacity management.
• Excellent analytical skills and a strong problem-solving mindset.

Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and database performance.

Experience with performance testing tools and frameworks.
