Salary Range: $59k to $65k base salary, based on qualifications and experience (Plus additional targeted bonus)

Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist will perform testing of web-based software and reports to certify quality, accuracy, and adherence to customer needs. This role requires an individual that can take guidance but has the confidence to be an independent thinker and takes ownership of the role.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Inspect and analyze new components and data used in complex enterprise-level information systems.
- Ensure quality issues are identified and resolved.
- Record results of testing artifacts and procedures by maintaining proper documentation and reports.
- Use existing methods and procedures for inspection, testing, and sampling.
- Execute existing QA Automation scripts using Visual Studio, C#, and Selenium.
- Use a Test Case Management System
- Stay current on new technologies, participate in webinars, presentations, roadmap conversions and other product and solution related talks to stay on top of the latest and future technology.
- Participate in System Design and Enhancement meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- 2 or more years’ experience using the following systems:Microsoft Windows 10Web Browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox, etc.)Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Microsoft Windows 10

- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- TraceGains product knowledge is highly preferred, but not required
- Basic understanding of web-based solutions.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills.
- Strong time management and prioritization capabilities.
- Understanding of Quality Assurance practices and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal skills are a MUST.
- Food & Beverage and Supplements industry experience a plus, but not required
- Ability to be a positive team player, willing to grow and change
- Occasional travel required for department meetings, all company events, in-person seminars/networking events, etc.
- Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SSN Verification, as well as credit screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations
