The Job:
As a Lead QA Engineer, youâll be part of our construction technology team working as a remote employee. Youâll get to:
- Be a hands-on leader working with agile, lean, high-performing teams asserting the quality for Desktop application or SaaS platforms.
- Test, break & validate modern day E2E reactive web platforms, microservices in cloud for quality & customer experience.
- Automate tests for Desktop products, SPA & MPA built with the best in class enterprise architecture.
- Lead & provide quality certifications guided by Customer experience, Agility & Extensibility as north stars.
- Led a nimble team of QA engineers to adopt and implement best automation practices in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate and convert the ambiguous, high-level workflows into quantified, deliverable technical use cases
- Collaborate with team to forecast timelines, plan and estimate deliverables
- Ensure success through unblocking challenges & owning the deliverables E2E
- Reflect critically on designs and frameworks to improve speed/quality of deliverables
The Person:

- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent is required
- 7+ years of Quality/Testing Automation experience is required
- Implementing E2E automated test pipelines using industry-standard tools for SaaS platforms
- Build Test automation for APIâs, Desktop application/plugins, Modern UI frameworks, & Mobile apps
- Knowledge of authentication systems (OAuth 2.0), cloud deployments, and modern test frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with C#, JavaScript, SQL/NoSQL, and cloud technologies.
- Deep understanding of latest web technologies, Testing processes, Tools, Cloud Deployments, Containerization, Authentication Systems, & Protocols
- Experience in certifying tradeoffs b/w cost, scale, speed & agility
