Job Description
QA Engineer
What Youâll Do
As a QA Engineer, youâll be a key member of our development team, ensuring our multiâenvironment telematics platform is tested thoroughly and effectively using modern testing approaches.
You'll work across functional, automated, performance and security testing, while influencing how we evolve our test strategy and environments.
Your dayâtoâday will include:
- Analysing requirements and designing effective test plans
- Creating and executing automated tests using JavaScript (Cypress)
- Conducting API testing (Postman and similar tools)
- Running performance tests with JMeter
- Testing mobile applications across iOS and Android
- Building and maintaining test environments in AWS, including Kubernetes
- Collaborating closely within a crossâfunctional Agile team
- Helping guide, support and mentor others, fostering a culture of quality
- Stepping up during challenging phases with initiative and creative problemâsolving
Your Skills & Experience
Weâd love to hear from you if you have experience with:
- Testing complex, endâtoâend, highâdata platforms
- Automation testing with JavaScript and Cypress
- API testing and performance testing practices
- Database testing (MongoDB or similar is a plus)
- Mobile app testing across iOS and Android
- AWS services such as EC2, S3, Glacier, SQS, Lambda
