Job Description

Test Engineer Lens Desktop IDE for Kubernetes developers, trusted by over 700,000 DevOps professionals globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Automation & BDDDesign, implement, and maintain a scalable test automation framework with Playwright as the primary tool.Translate acceptance criteria into Gherkin scenarios, ensuring business goals are captured in executable tests.Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) to enable fast and reliable feedback is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on automation.
• Hands-on expertise in Playwright (mandatory).
• Additional experience with similar automation tools such as Cypress or Selenium is a plus.
• Strong proficiency inJavaScript/TypeScriptfor writing maintainable automated test scripts.
• Experience withBDD frameworks(Cucumber, Jest-Cucumber, SpecFlow) and Gherkin syntax.
• Proven track record of integrating tests intoCI/CD pipelines(preferably GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity withAgile methodologies(Scrum, Kanban) and collaborative QA practices.
• Experience withDocker, Kubernetes, and cloud-nativeenvironments is beneficial.
• Relevant QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.

Hands-on expertise in Playwright (mandatory).
