Senior QA Engineer
- Test Strategy:Define, develop, and execute test strategies, plans, and cases to ensure high-quality releases.
- Manual & Automated Testing:Conduct rigorous testing across frontend (Flutter) and backend (Python/Postgres/DynamoDB/Redis) systems.
- Automation:Build and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- API Testing:Validate backend services and integrations with tools such as Postman or RestAssured.
- Bug Tracking:Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution in issue tracking systems.
- Regression Testing:Perform regression testing for new releases and ensure backward compatibility.
- CI/CD Integration:Collaborate with engineers to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Kubernetes/Docker/AWS).
- QA Leadership:Mentor teammates on QA best practices and contribute to building a culture of quality across the engineering team.

- 5–8+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Strong expertise in test plan creation, execution, and bug reporting.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
- Solid experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, or similar).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into release cycles.
- Understanding of backend systems, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
5–8+ years of experience in software quality assurance
