Role Overview
At IGT, our SQA Engineers play a critical role in delivering high-quality products that provide an exceptional player experience. This collaborative position is integral to game delivery - identifying issues, solving problems creatively, and driving quality standards across our portfolio.
Our Manchester Studio focuses on bringing exciting, land-based games to the UK market. Youâll help guide multiple projects from development completion through to release. On-site work is essential for this role to replicate real-world conditions and ensure our games perform flawlessly on the hardware our players use.

About You
Youâre passionate about quality and committed to delivering a fun, bug-free experience for players. You have a sharp eye for detail, can think beyond test scripts, and enjoy solving problems creatively. Adaptable and self-motivated, you thrive both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary studio.
Required experience:
- 2 Years Manual Testing Experience
- Able to demonstrate knowledge of different testing practices and techniques (e.g. functional, regression, exploratory)
What We'd Prefer
- Experience in a highly regulated industry.
- Knowledge of gaming regulations, jurisdictional requirements, and casino game rules.
- Background in game development.
- Basic automation scripting skills.
- Understanding of RNG testing and mathematical validation in gaming.
