Key Responsibilities
- Test Automation: Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts using Java and Selenium.
- API Testing: Design and execute automated tests for REST APIs to ensure functionality, performance, and security.
- Bug Tracking: Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide timely feedback on test results.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in test automation and recommend improvements to enhance the testing process.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive test reports and communicate findings to the development team and management.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on test automation.

Proficiency in Java programming language.

Experience with Selenium WebDriver for UI automation.

Good knowledge of REST API testing tools and frameworks (e.g., RestAssured, Postman).

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools (e.g., Jenkins).

Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).

Knowledge of BDD/TDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber).

Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., AWS )
