- Minimum 3 years of experience in test automation using Playwright and JavaScript/TypeScript;
- Experience in creating and maintaining test frameworks from scratch, including integration with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI);
- Experience in UI, API, and regression testing automation;
- Knowledge of REST API principles and experience with API testing tools;
- Experience working with Git, Jira, TestRail, and other test management tools;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within QA, including mentoring and team management;
- Experience in implementing test strategies and building quality assurance processes from the ground up;
- Ability to communicate with various stakeholders (developers, managers, business analysts) to define testing requirements;
- Experience in managing technical debt and optimizing testing processes;
- Knowledge of SQL for data validation;
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) will be a plus;
- Presence of certifications such as ISTQB will be a plus.
