We are continuously looking for QA Engineers who can handle manual testing and test automation, to join our Espoo office and work with our industrial customers.
We operate in a hybrid working model, with approximately three days per week either at the customer site or at an Etteplan office.
Key responsibilities
- Define test cases based on end-customer requirements
- Support project delivery and implementation activities
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and change management processes
Skills and experience
- At least a few years of experience in software testing
- Relevant technical degree: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent
- Ability to understand complex technical systems and support subject matter experts in project execution
- Proactive and self-driven working style, with the ability to work independently while also building strong relationships with various stakeholders
- Working as a part of scrum team
- Fluent written and spoken English is essential, Finnish language is not required but can be an advantage
- Familiar with embedded device testing
We also appreciate
- Broad technical background or experience across multiple engineering disciplines
- Experience with test automation and CI/CD pipeline management
- Working knowledge of at least one programming language commonly used in automation or testing environments, such as Python or C#
- Knowledge of Robot Framework
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps
- AI-assisted software development / quality assurance
