Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Production Support & Operations

  • Serve as thetechnical ownerfor production support of automation and RPA solutions across critical business processes
  • Leadincident triage, root cause analysis, and permanent remediationfor high‑severity automation failures
  • Establish and enforcerunbooks, support models, escalation paths, and on‑call readinessfor automation platforms
  • Proactively identify systemic issues and implementstability, resiliency, and performance improvements

Automation & Engineering Leadership

  • Providehands‑on technical leadershipfor automation design, debugging, and optimization in production environments
  • Review automation code and configurations to ensure adherence tostandards, security, and reliability best practices
  • Partner with development teams to ensureproduction readinessof new automations before release
  • Guide architectural decisions that reduce operational complexity and technical debt

Monitoring, Tooling & Reliability

  • Design and maintainmonitoring, alerting, and health dashboardsfor automation platforms
  • Drive adoption ofAIOps, SRE, and automation‑first support practiceswhere applicable
  • Improve observability by defining meaningful metrics such as uptime, failure rates, recovery times, and business impact

Cross‑Team Collaboration & Communication

  • Act as akey escalation pointfor automation‑related production issues

  • Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and vendor teams to resolve platform‑level issues

  • Communicate incidents, risks, and remediation plans clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders

  • Mentor engineers and support analysts in automation support best practices

  • Extensive experience insoftware development and production supportfor enterprise systems

  • Strong expertise inautomation/RPA platforms, scripting, and debugging complex workflows

  • Proven ability to leadincident response and root cause analysisin high‑availability environments

  • Deep understanding ofSDLC, CI/CD, release management, and production readiness standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supportingmission‑critical automation in regulated or high‑volume environments
  • Familiarity withmonitoring tools, job schedulers, and orchestration platforms
  • Experience implementingresiliency patterns, failover strategies, and automation governance
  • Demonstrated leadership in drivingoperational maturity and continuous improvement
