C# Automation Developer ā Revenue Cycle
As a C# Automation Developer, you will design, build, and maintain automation solutions that streamline department workflows. Youāll focus on developing and supporting C# programs within established frameworks, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain C# automation tools for revenue cycle operations
- Work primarily within established codebases and structures
- Collaborate with team members to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions
- Carve out a technical specialty area, becoming the go-to resource for that domain
- Document processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
Success in this role requires:
- A strong desire to learn both technical and non-technical information
- The ability to communicate challenges and solutions clearly with colleagues
- Effective management of multiple work streams, such as maintaining production while editing or improving other code
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience with Git or similar version control systems
- 1+ years experience coding in an object-oriented language (C#, C++, or Java preferred)
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
