*We are looking for Poland based candidate. The job is remote but may require some trips to Warsaw at the beginning. Warsaw (+nearby) based candidate is preferred.

Project Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead QA processes for financial market applications, ensuring the highest standards of functionality, security, and performance.
  • Design and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for stress testing and market risk systems.
  • Work collaboratively with development, business analysis, and product teams to align QA activities with the software development lifecycle.
  • Conduct performance, stress, and regression testing on financial systems.
  • Manage and maintain test environments in compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers, promoting best practices in QA and testing methodologies.
  • Drive automation in testing using tools like Selenium, Cucumber, and JMeter plug-ins.

Tech Stack:

  • Programming Languages: Java
  • Automation Tools: Selenium, Cucumber, JMeter
  • Additional Tools: JIRA, Git, Jenkins
  • Performance Testing: JMeter and its plug-ins
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS
  • Databases: SQL and NoSQL

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on QA experience in financial or capital markets domains.
  • Proven experience in automated and manual testing of complex financial systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex, multi-system environments.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk-based testing strategies.
