Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a talented scrum team to define and perform manual andautomated testing,ensuring every feature meets user story acceptance criteria and release quality
• Own the testing, troubleshooting, and debugging, working closely with developers,architects, designers andproductmanagers to identify,escalate, triageand address quality issues
• Lead both front-end and back-end automation efforts, using modern frameworks and best practices todrive code coverageand service reliability
• Define theteam’s testing strategyand establish robustrelease management practices with continuous improvements
• Translate product requirements into actionable test plans for functional and regression testing
• Champion automation stability, tackle flaky tests, and guide the team in adopting effective tools and methodologies

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree inEngineering froma reputed institution
• 6+ years of hands-on experiencein commercial softwaretesting, with strong skills in JavaScript, Java, or Python
• Experience with front-end automation frameworks (Cypress, Protractor) and back-end REST API automation (Rest Assured, Karate)
• Familiarity with BDD methodologies(Cucumber, JBehave)and performance testing tools (JMeter)
• Proficiency withJira, Jenkins, GIT, and cloud data management services
• Solid background in testing backend, mobile, and web applications for scalable, high-quality cloud services
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a deep understanding of Agile development and QA methodologies
