Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements to build test strategies.
- Design, document, and execute manual test cases and regression suites.
- Identify, log, and track software defects using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
- Collaborate with developers and PMs to resolve issues quickly.
- Maintain QA documentation including test cases, test results, and traceability.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and standards.
- Support the SDLC by participating in Agile ceremonies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in software testing or QA.
- Strong manual testing background across regression, functional, and UAT.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or any major ticketing/QA system.
- Strong documentation skills (test cases, test plans, test evidence).
- Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Basic SQL skills for data validation.
- Strong investigative and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent English skills and attention to detail.
- Must be located in Latam.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Azure Testing tools.
- Exposure to Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or other automation frameworks.
- Understanding of unit testing practices.
- Any QA or Agile certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Scrum).
