You will work closely with the engineering team to identify issues, expand automated test coverage, and validate releases before deployment. Our platform integrates with enterprise systems such as help desk tools and identity providers, so strong attention to detail and the ability to test edge cases and complex integrations are essential.
This role is well-suited for someone who can work independently, take ownership of QA processes, and proactively improve testing practices in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Responsibilities
Test Automation
- Write, maintain, and improveend-to-end tests using Cypress
- Expand automated coverage acrosscritical user workflows
- Improve thereliability and structure of existing test suites
- Identify opportunities to implementautomated regression testing
Manual QA
- Performexploratory testingon new features prior to release
- Validatebug fixesand confirm proper resolution
- Reproduce reported issues and provideclear documentation and steps
- Testcross-browser behavior and UI consistency
Release QA
- Validatestaging environmentsbefore production deployments
- Executeregression testingfor major releases
- Verifyintegrations and authentication flows(SSO, OAuth, etc.)
Collaboration
- Work closely with engineers toidentify bugs, edge cases, and root causes
- Help define and improvetesting strategies for new features
- DocumentQA processes, test cases, and best practices
Requirements
- Experience withCypress for automated end-to-end testing
- Strong understanding ofmodern web applications(APIs, authentication, cookies, sessions)
- Ability to writeclean, maintainable test code in JavaScript
- Experience withbug tracking tools(GitHub Issues, Jira, or similar)
- Strongattention to detailand problem-solving skills
- Ability to workindependently in a remote, part-time environment
