Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibility: Du verantwortest die Qualitätssicherung unserer selbstentwickelten Plattform mit bewährten Coding-, Design- und Qualitätsmanagement-Methoden und findest optimale Lösungsansätze für Problemstellungen in der Qualitätssicherung unserer Softwareentwicklung

Strategy: Du entwickelst für unsere webbasierte Plattform nachhaltige Konzepte zur Qualitätssicherung durch Testplanung und -durchführung, Testimplementierung und Testauswertung basierend auf unserer aktuellen QA-Strategie und entwickelst diese weiter

Improvement: Du bringst deine Erfahrungen bei der Weiterentwicklung und Konzeption neuer Features in deinem Produkt Team ein und teilst dein Wissen in übergreifenden Formaten

Team: Du bist ein fester Bestandteil eines Produkt Teams aus erfahrenen Produkt People und Engineers und tauschst dich mit ihnen auf Augenhöhe laufend für die Verbesserung unserer Plattform aus. Darüber hinaus sorgst du mit dem QA-Team für die stetige Weiterentwicklung der Qualitätssicherungsmethoden

Know-How:Du verstehst dein Handwerk, bringst dich in die qualitative Weiterentwicklung unserer moderner IT-Anwendungen ein und sorgst somit für eine zukunftssichere, effiziente, und skalierende Softwarelösung

Education:Du verfügst über eine entsprechende Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Mathematik, Informatik, Naturwissenschaften oder Technik oder langjährige Berufserfahrung.

Expertise:Du bist erfahren im Software Development - QA Engineering, kannst langjährige Kenntnisse in der Qualitätssicherung von Webapplikation nachweisen und probierst gern auch ungewöhnliche Dinge aus, um die Weiterentwicklung unserer Plattform voranzutreiben.

User-Centered Quality:Du arbeitest gern mit komplexen Systemen und versetzt dich gern in verschiedene Usergruppen hinein, hast eine Leidenschaft für die Qualitätssicherung in der Softwareentwicklung.

Collaborative Development:Du arbeitest gerne in einem cross-funktionalen Team und nimmst gern an übergreifenden Austauschformaten (z.B. Hackathons oder Tech-Days) teil.

Communication:Du kommunizierst souverän in deutscher und englischer Sprache und verfügst über eine gesunde Portion Humor.

Responsibility:You take ownership of quality assurance for our in-house developed platform, applying proven coding, design, and quality management methodologies to find the best solutions for QA challenges in software development.

Strategy:You develop sustainable quality assurance concepts for our web-based platform through test planning, execution, implementation, and evaluation, building on our current QA strategy and continuously improving it.

Improvement:You contribute your experience to the development and design of new features within your product team and share your knowledge in cross-functional formats.

Team:You are an integral part of a product team composed of experienced product people and engineers, engaging in continuous knowledge exchange to improve our platform. Additionally, you work with the QA team to refine and advance quality assurance methods.

Know-How:You bring expertise in modern IT applications, ensuring a future-proof, efficient, and scalable software solution.

Education:You have a relevant qualification or a degree in mathematics, computer science, natural sciences, or engineering—or extensive professional experience.

Expertise:You have a strong background in software development and QA engineering, with extensive experience in quality assurance for web applications. You also enjoy experimenting with innovative approaches to drive platform improvements.

User-Centered Quality:You enjoy working with complex systems, empathizing with different user groups, and have a passion for quality assurance in software development.

Collaborative Development:You thrive in cross-functional teams and actively participate in company-wide exchange formats such as hackathons or tech days.

Communication:You communicate confidently in both German and English and bring a good sense of humor.
