As a General QA Engineer (Web and Mobile), you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of both web and mobile applications. You'll collaborate with multiple teams, advocate for QA excellence, and implement innovative solutions to improve workflows and testing efficiency. In your day-to-day, you will:
- Collaborate with multiple teams in a QA advocating role, providing guidance across projects
- Design, write, and execute manual and automated tests using JavaScript, Appium for mobile, and Playwright for web
- Test AI-powered applications, including validation of dynamic and generative outputs
- Work in a fast-paced development environment, ensuring continuous quality feedback
- Coordinate with development teams on bug resolution and feature enhancements or fix issues independently
- Think like a real Wix user to ensure realistic usage scenarios are tested before releases

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience testing web and mobile applications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience writing and maintaining automation tests for web or mobile platforms
- Proficient in at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, or Python
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for automated testing
- Familiar with web-related technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, browser debugging, SQL, client-server architecture)
- Highly professional, analytical, and detail-oriented with a passion for user-centric digital products
- Experience with complex test scenarios and custom test frameworks – an advantage
- Practical experience with AI-powered testing tools – an advantage
- Exposure to testing AI-driven features, such as chatbots or generative AI applications – an advantage
