Tech QA Engineer

the quality assurance engineer, ensure quality and reliability of software products •Work with development team and program managers to design, implement, and execute test plans •Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases •Understand WACG AA 2.2 requirements for accessibility testing •Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities across internal and external teams •Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs found in testing •Perform thorough regression testing for bug fixes, new features, and improvements •Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts •Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools
