Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to monitor and evaluate the full live studio product delivered to our clients. You will watch live tables, review recorded footage, assess stream quality, and deliver structured feedback, flagging issues early and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Monitoring & Assessment

  • Monitor and review live tables across all client brands, watching several tables simultaneously across multiple monitors alongside recorded footage for time windows not covered live.
  • Evaluate dealer performance using structured random sampling against defined quality standards: Identify Dealers’ behavioral cues, including attitude, energy, body language, and compliance with studio procedures that may indicate performance risk or suspicious activity.
  • Assess stream quality and conditions: visual clarity, lighting, camera framing, audio levels, latency and more.
  • Assess physical table setup including consumables: card pack replacement schedules, chip levels, cloth condition, and table alignment.

Reporting & Escalating

  • Escalate immediately integrity and suspicious behavior, performance or stream issues requiring urgent attention to the relevant stakeholder.
  • Proactively identify and flag developing issues and recurring patterns before they escalate, maintaining clear escalation protocols.
  • Complete a structured scorecard with grade and written feedback for each session, including comments and examples where applicable.
  • Maintain consistent evaluation standards across all studios, shifts, and time zones, ensuring evaluation coverage is continuous and complete
  • Produce regular quality reports for studio leadership that combine dealer evaluation data, table set up and stream quality metrics into a single, clear picture of studio health.
  • Maintain dedicated communication channels with studio operations, management, and business teams.

Continuous Improvement

  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying the recurring quality gaps and proposing concrete process or training interventions.
  • Partner with the training team to translate quality findings directly into coaching content
  • Propose new quality criteria or monitoring methods as the studio operation grows

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-4 Years of experience in live/land-based casino operations: as a dealer, pit boss, supervisor, inspector or similar.
  • Solid knowledge of live casino games, Baccarat knowledge is essential.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills in English—able to produce structured feedback reports and performance summaries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Advantage

  • Experience or familiarity with QA processes and evaluation methodologies.
  • Experience in surveillance, video monitoring, or live video review roles—including surveillance, CCTV operations and similar.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
