Job Location:
Vishay Semiconductor Italiana spa is site focused on the design, development and production of power diodes and power modules. There are around 300 employees currently work in Borgaro Torinese Italy. This number is constantly growing due to our expansion plans.
What you will be doing:
Ā· Drive process discipline through audits, data monitoring and escalation of deviations
Ā· Manage internal quality issues and non-conformities, leading structured problem solving (8D)
Ā· Identify quality risks, trends and systemic weaknesses, promoting preventive actions
Ā· Support Manufacturing in reinforcing ownership of quality at shopfloor level
Ā· Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance and Operations to improve process stability and
reliability
Ā· Contribute to continuous improvement and quality system enhancement initiatives
Ā· Manage Customer Issue and support preventive actions
Ā· Manage supplier issue and quality performance
What you will bring along:
Ā· Bachelorās or Masterās degree (Engineering: Quality, Industrial, Electrical, Electronic or similar)
Ā· 3ā5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Manufacturing environment
Ā· Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, FMEA, SPC and problem solving tools
Ā· Solid analytical skills with ability to identify trends and root causes
Ā· Proactive mindset and hands-on approach
Ā· Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
Ā· Strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
