The role

Hybris-QA Engineer 4 YEARS

You will thrive in this role if you are:

• Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus)

Role responsibilities

• Analyze business and functional requirements related to SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud
• · Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts
• · Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing
• · Validate Hybris features including Product Catalog, CMS, OCC APIs, Checkout, Promotions, Pricing, and Order Management
• · Test integrations with third-party systems (ERP, CRM, payment gateways, tax, shipping, etc.)
• · Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or SOAP UI
• · Support automation testing using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks
• · Identify, log, track, and verify defects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps
• · Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners
• · Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• · Perform performance and basic security testing where applicable
• · Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices

Must have qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

• · Strong experience in SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud testing
• · Solid understanding of eCommerce domain concepts
• · Hands-on experience with manual testing methodologies
• · Experience testing REST APIs (OCC)
• · Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• · Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, etc.)
• · Proficiency in defect tracking tools (JIRA preferred)
• · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice to have qualifications

• · Experience with test automation (Selenium, Java, TestNG, etc.)
• · Knowledge of Hybris Backoffice, HAC, Impex, and FlexibleSearch
• · Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, etc.)
• · Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
• · SAP Commerce Cloud certification
