Senior QA Engineer AI Analytics (f/m/d) Berlin

Our mission: simplify Product Analytics for every web and mobile team by being the Product Analyst—so you don’t have to be one. As a Senior QA Engineer, you’ll design rigorous test strategies and scalable monitoring for data pipelines and backend APIs, and mentor our growing QA team.

• Build automated tests and data quality checks (Python) for analytics pipelines and backend/APIs.
• Define golden datasets and oracles to validate funnels, retention, anomaly detection, LLM‑assisted features, and session replay metrics.
• Implement production monitoring that catches correctness issues early (drift, schema breaks, distribution shifts).
• Collaborate with Product and Data/AI Engineering to turn “meaningful insights” into testable acceptance criteria.
• Coach junior QAs and raise the quality bar across teams.

• 5+ years in QA/quality engineering with a strong analytical mindset.
• Hands‑on experience testing analytics/data systems and backend/APIs.
• Proven track record building test frameworks and production quality monitors.
• Solid Python skills for automation and data validation.
• Clear communication and mentorship experience.
• Nice to have: LLM/GenAI evaluation, performance/resilience testing, contract/data‑contract testing.

5+ years in QA/quality engineering with a strong analytical mindset.

Hands‑on experience testing analytics/data systems and backend/APIs.

Proven track record building test frameworks and production quality monitors.

Solid Python skills for automation and data validation.

Clear communication and mentorship experience.
