Oversee compliance with health plan contracts • Contribute to development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance protocols • Monitor and assess compliance risks • Provide legal guidance on business and vendor contracts, ensuring alignment with company goals • Advise on contract law matters, including negotiation, drafting, and reviewing contracts related to operations • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies that support the company's compliance and legal objectives • Identify areas where in-house compliance and legal capabilities can be enhanced, and where external expertise is required • Provide insights and recommendations based on industry knowledge • Perform other duties and projects as assigned
