Senior Automation Developer
Shift Structure
Night shift (9 PM to 6 AM Manila Time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Automation Solution Development:Design, develop, and implement advanced automation solutions to eliminate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows using programming languages and automation frameworks.
- Technical Leadership:Lead automation projects by setting standards, guiding best practices, and identifying opportunities for optimization and scalability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with cross-functional teamsāincluding operations, product, and engineeringāto gather requirements, align automation efforts with business objectives, and deliver effective solutions.
- Mentorship and Training:Provide mentorship to junior developers and facilitate training sessions to elevate the automation capabilities of the broader team.
- Testing and Quality Assurance:Create and execute comprehensive test plans to validate functionality, performance, and stability of automation systems; proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Documentation and Code Standards:Develop and maintain clear technical documentation, ensuring adherence to established coding standards, version control, and automation development guidelines.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement:Stay informed on the latest industry trends and technologies in automation, AI, and machine learning; champion continuous improvement initiatives.
- Tool Evaluation and Integration:Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies that enhance automation capabilities and drive efficiency across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masterās preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in automation development or a similar technical role
- Strong proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, etc.)
- Experience with automation tools and platforms (e.g., UiPath, Selenium, Zapier, Power Automate, or custom scripting)
- Solid understanding of system integration, APIs, and data workflows
- Experience working withSQL,GraphQL, and/orNoSQLdatabases for data validation and testing
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, mentor peers, and drive innovation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Compensation and Benefits:
