Your Opportunity: Weâre seeking a hands-on QA Test Automation Lead to define and deliver our automation strategy across Oracle Fusion, CPQ, and OTM. Youâll build scalable automation, drive best practices, and ensure reliable, high-quality releases across mission-critical business processes.

What Youâll Do:
- Lead automation strategy and implementation acrossOracle Cloud platforms, CPQ, and OTM.
- Build, maintain, and optimize automated test suites across UI, API, and integrations.
- Implement automation using tools such asOpKey, Tricentis, and/or ACCELQ.
- Support quarterly Oracle Fusion updates with risk-based regression coverage.
- Utilize Taylor project tools such as Jira to manage testing cycles and KPIs
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and release workflows.
- Drive defect management, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor QA engineers and champion quality best practices.
- Partner with our testing teams including Business Analysts, Business, and offshore testing teams that will play key roles in Taylorâs Oracle testing strategy.
What You'll Bring:
- 6+ years in QA, including automation leadership experience.
- Strong hands-on testing experience withOracle Fusion.
- Expertise with one or more automation tools:OpKey, Tricentis, ACCELQ.
- Experience automating REST/API and end-to-end business workflows.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
We'd Also Like To See:
- Experience or knowledge of Oracle integrations, security roles, and data flows.
- Exposure to performance testing and cloud platforms.
