Your Opportunity: We’re seeking a hands-on QA Test Automation Lead to define and deliver our automation strategy across Oracle Fusion, CPQ, and OTM. You’ll build scalable automation, drive best practices, and ensure reliable, high-quality releases across mission-critical business processes.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead automation strategy and implementation acrossOracle Cloud platforms, CPQ, and OTM.
• Build, maintain, and optimize automated test suites across UI, API, and integrations.
• Implement automation using tools such asOpKey, Tricentis, and/or ACCELQ.
• Support quarterly Oracle Fusion updates with risk-based regression coverage.
• Utilize Taylor project tools such as Jira to manage testing cycles and KPIs
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and release workflows.
• Drive defect management, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor QA engineers and champion quality best practices.
• Partner with our testing teams including Business Analysts, Business, and offshore testing teams that will play key roles in Taylor’s Oracle testing strategy.

What You'll Bring:

• 6+ years in QA, including automation leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on testing experience withOracle Fusion.
• Expertise with one or more automation tools:OpKey, Tricentis, ACCELQ.
• Experience automating REST/API and end-to-end business workflows.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.

We'd Also Like To See:

• Experience or knowledge of Oracle integrations, security roles, and data flows.
• Exposure to performance testing and cloud platforms.
