Sunnova is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager adept in automation, API testing, risk-based testing, and test planning to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee a robust quality assurance program, ensuring our products meet high standards. Leading a team of QA leads and analysts, the manager will drive quality initiatives and integrate agile testing strategies into our development processes. Responsibilities include implementing automated testing within CI/CD pipelines, fostering cross-functional collaboration, defining and tracking key quality metrics, conducting risk-based testing, and mentoring team members on agile practices and tool implementation. They will advocate for quality throughout the organization, define quality criteria for user stories, and adapt QA processes to meet evolving Agile methodologies and project needs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products efficiently.
