Application QA Engineer 3 (Salesforce)
What You Will Do
- Drive team members to suggest ideas for innovation and ensure follow-through.
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior members to enable them to contribute more effectively
- Provide out-of-hours support as requested for incidents
- Coordinate test efforts with all affected parties, e.g., business stakeholders, other IT teams
- Contribute to Performance Feedback
- Participate in technical analysis and design review sessions
- Lead in bug and metric review meetings for stream
- Contribute and perform test coverage reviews
- Organize regression activity of the team and own status reporting
- Lead the complete delivery for a large project(s) with minimal support
- Can adapt to different test automation technologies and lead proof-of-concept initiatives
- Able to mentor junior resources on how to implement test automation and share best practices
- Contributes to the overall architecture of the automation framework and seeks ways to implement process improvements
- Drives self to become SME for test automation and contributes to the development of other team members
- Conducts regular peer reviews and source control PR approvals
What You Will Bring
- Essential:
- At least 5 years of solid experience in application QA/testing.
- At least 2 years of QA leadership experience.
- Proven experience in functional, enterprise-level, and automated testing using tools such as Selenium, Provar, or other frameworks (C#.Net, Java).
- Strong knowledge of both manual and automated testing practices.
- Ability to ensure accountability and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proven record of driving results and engagement, while supporting team objectives.
- Amenable to work on EMEA Shift (4PM-1AM)
- Salesforce experience or familiarity with related enterprise systems.
- Experience with CICD pipelining for deployment (e.g., Bamboo, Jira, Git, Atlassian).
- Hands-on experience with QA tools like Provar and automation frameworks.
- Exposure to performance testing and monitoring.
