The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a ServiceNow QA Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Managing the process for quality assurance validation, testing and troubleshooting of ServiceNow implementation and upgrades.
• Collaborate with the developers, administrators, and project teams to ensure application requirements are met by the deliverables.
• Develop and execute test plans and cases, accounting for all scenarios.
• Identify and track software defects using ServiceNow PPM and collaborate with the development team for resolution.
• Perform regression, performance, and usability testing, ensuring user expectations are met.
• Review system specifications for testing accuracy and completeness.
• Participate in post-release testing and contribute to the development of test automation frameworks and CI/CD processes.
• Stay updated with new testing tools and strategies.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 4 years of IT software systems quality assurance engineering experience

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• 4 years of developing and executing QA test scripting and automation in an IT system
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with other aspects of quality assurance testing including related methodologies, processes, automation testing tools, scripting capabilities, regression testing processes, and testing inclusion in agile development processes.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
• Experience with and able to write and edit Javascript.
• Experience with ServiceNow’s Automated Test Framework (ATF) platform
• Skills include problem solving, attention to detail, and technical writing and communication.
