Your responsibilities will include:
- Master and maintain detailed knowledge of the entire viaPeople product suite and configuration options
- Work closely with the viaPeople technology team as part of the manual testing process to ensure the products are configured and customized in accordance with the project requirements and documentation
- Develop and execute detailed project plans
- Clearly and accurately documenting bugs or issues with the internal ticketing system
- Perform regression testing to ensure fluid performance throughout the process
Your qualifications include:
- Prior experience in Quality Assurance or similar role
- Experience in QA methodology and regression testing
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills for working in a team environment
- Highly organized and process-oriented self-starter with great attention to detail, who takes initiative to solve problems independently
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
