Quality Assurance Specialist - South Africa

Performing quality assurance audits on documentation.

Ensuring quality standards are being upheld across assignment execution.

Reporting the the team lead on any discrepancies and KPI tracking updates.

Providing suggestions of improvements across assignments and or individual/team development.

Documenting and reporting findings weekly to the team lead and service delivery manager.

Collaborating with the team to identify areas of improvement and enhancements.

Identifying strengths and weaknesses within the team based on current performance.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel).

Proven experience in a similar role and/or relevant educational background.

Familiarity with Google Suite, CRM platforms and booking systems.

Experience in process improvement and creating efficiencies.

Schedule:Monday–Friday, aligned with UK time zones (includingdaylight savings adjustments).

Location:Fully remote, with a reliable fibre internet connection. Future office-based work may berequiredin Johannesburg,Cape Townor Durban.
