QA Manager

What you'll do:

  • Bring your expertise in automation testing, preferably in dealing with Medicare claims data.
  • Oversee QA testing of operations, application releases, and data loads.
  • Define best practices that can be incorporated into data center, applications, and analytics operations.
  • Develop processes and tools to enable automated change and release management.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, testers, and analysts.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer support, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

What we'd like you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years’ experience with test automation validation techniques.
  • In-depth knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with the Apache JMeter load testing tool.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to dig in as an independent contributor as needed.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and principles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and present to stakeholders.
