Born from a single question, innovation is in our DNA. • Help save lives and preserve the environment. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and other QA team members. • Proactively work on requirements analysis to identify potential requirements conflicts, gaps, inconsistencies before development starts. • Ensure testability. • Accumulate domain knowledge and suggest improvements to increase quality of the software. • Stay informed about industry trends, testing methodologies, and tools. • Provide regular updates during project meetings and stand-ups including raising and tracking risk and issues. • Create detailed test plans based on system requirements, functionality and usability. • Manage and create test data to simulate various scenarios. • Execute manual test cases to identify software bugs and verify functionality. • Collaborate with developers to ensure a shared understanding of issues. • Develop test scenarios to uncover both expected and unexpected software behaviour. • Maintain and update the regression test suite to ensure comprehensive coverage. • Identify, report and track bugs found during testing, and work with developers to resolve them. • Keep documentation clear and concise, providing all necessary details for developers. • Verify bugfixes to ensure they resolve reported issues. • Clearly communicate testing progress, results, and issues to stakeholders.
