You will work closely together with other people within and outside of the team. For this we use a hybrid approach with an excellent balance work-from-home/office. Our in-house developed frameworks, tooling and agile approach have indeed proven to be compatible with remote working whereas regular everybody-in-the-office moments allow to keep the team spirit alive. Software development tasks are not limited to a detail aspect but encompass the complete cycle.
