Service is looking for a highly skilled lead QA Engineer to join our team remotely. As a core delivery team member, you will be responsible for validating functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. Youâll leverage both a strong QA mindset and technical expertise to support our development teams in building reliable and scalable software solutions

Test Planning & Execution:Decompose product requirements into comprehensive test cases, ensuring full coverage of business and technical needs.

Strategic Testing:Leverage a risk-based approach to determine the optimal balance between manual and automated testing, ensuring a strong focus on user experience, performance, and system reliability.

Debugging & Troubleshooting:Investigate issues by analyzing logs, debugging applications, and identifying root causes of failures.

5+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer, with a strong track record of ensuring software quality in complex systems.

QA Mindset:A keen eye for detail, a passion for delivering quality, and a proactive approach to identifying potential issues before they arise.

Strong Communication:Ability to clearly articulate test findings, risks, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
