We are currently searching for a SDET:
The Challenge (Responsibilities)
- Drive quality improvements end to end by applying innovative thinking and taking full ownership of the testing lifecycle.
- Design and code robust automation frameworks from scratch.
- Test agentic AI applications, focusing on workflow accuracy, tool usage, and failure handling.
- Mentor team members and contribute to quality engineering best practices across the organization.
Your Profile (Requirements)
- Strong automation engineering background with hands-on framework design and coding.
- Hands-on expertise in Playwright for UI and end-to-end automation.
- Proven experience testing APIs, integration flows, and CI/CD quality gates.
- Experience testing agentic AI applications, including workflow accuracy, tool usage, and failure handling.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or similar languages for automation.
- Ownership mindset, innovative thinking, and ability to drive quality improvements end to end.
- High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
- Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."
Desired
- Experience with LLM evaluation, prompt/workflow validation, and agent guardrail testing.
- Exposure to performance, resiliency, and observability testing for AI systems.
- Knowledge of retrieval-based systems, tool-calling workflows, and non-deterministic test patterns.
- Experience with service virtualization, test data management, and synthetic test environments.
- Familiarity with cloud-native testing in distributed/event-driven systems.
- Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

- Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.
