Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of Quality Engineers.
• Drive test automation and quality improvements for API and service-based applications.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, and Project Management teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
• Implement best practices for defect management and test planning.
• Support organizational transformation initiatives such as automation scaling, Jira migration, and Gherkin adoption.
Qualifications:
• 8+ years in software testing and automation, with 2+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and automation frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with cloud technologies, REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL.
• Familiarity with tools like Cucumber, Jenkins, Maven, and Jira.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
