What They Are Looking For in the Role

This job is 100% remote and open globally. Successful candidates must have strong written and verbal English skills. They do not sponsor work visas (H1B, etc.) at this time.

They are seeking a QA Engineer to create and maintain automated tests for customers. This role is integral to delivering a magical customer experience and is foundational to their growing team.

In this role, they are looking for someone who:

  • Has the needed technical chops

  • Creates and maintains tests in JavaScript/Playwright

  • Understands HTML and CSS

  • Uses Chrome DevTools to debug and reproduce failures

  • Communicates effectively and proactively

  • Stays organized, as they will work on multiple customer accounts

  • Is a self‑starter and quick learner

  • Unblocks themselves by reading documentation

  • Works with the team to improve tooling and best practices

  • Is scrappy and excited to help shape QA Engineering

This is a full‑time role (~40 hours a week), and in almost all cases, candidates will be expected to work standard hours (such as Monday–Friday, around 9 am–5 pm in their time zone).
