At Robots & Pencils, weâre looking for a Senior QA Engineer (Manual) to join a newly formed, R&P-led team working on a greenfield application. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality, reliability, and usability of a modern platform designed to support operational workflows and distributed teams across both web and native mobile applications (iOS and Android).
Youâll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to define testing strategies, validate new features, and ensure high-quality releases. This is an opportunity to work from the ground up on a new product, influence QA processes, and contribute to building a strong quality culture within the team.
In February 2025, we opened our new office in Lviv, Ukraine, as part of our ongoing global growth. Weâre actively expanding our Ukrainian team and inviting skilled professionals to join us on this journey. Youâll collaborate with a distributed team working on high-impact products with colleagues across North and South America and Europe.
