Job Responsibilities :
- Work with Customer Support and development team to address customers issues.
- Explore and implement AI-driven testing frameworks and tools to monitor and identify top customer issues
- Support Windows, Mac software testing and automation efforts, ensuring high-quality product delivery.
- Create comprehensive, detailed and updated test casesāboth manual and automatedābased on detailed project specifications.
- Work closely with a diverse range of teams and stakeholders, from engineers to project managers, to improve product quality and functionality.
Pre-Requisites :
- Diploma in Computer Science or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in software testing (preferred)
- Proficiency in coding languages such as Python, Selenium, C, C++, or C#
- Excellent communication and documentation skills in both English and Chinese to effectively collaborate with Mandarin-speaking associates and handle related documentation
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
- Strong skills in identifying and solving problems efficiently
- Able to collaborate with engineers and third-party teams across different time zones
- Experience in Windows or Mac application automation is an advantage
- Experience with PowerBI is an advantage
- Staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and software quality assurance methodology
