Salesforce QA Engineer

About the position

Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with Java, tailored specifically for Salesforce applications. • Create, execute, and manage automated test scripts to validate the functionality and reliability of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other integrated systems. • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand requirements, identify testing needs, and develop comprehensive test strategies. • Implement and execute test plans for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing, utilizing both automated and manual testing approaches when needed. • Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) to enable continuous testing and rapid feedback. • Troubleshoot automation failures by analyzing logs, debugging scripts, and working with development teams to resolve defects quickly. • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and AppExchange solutions, ensuring test automation adapts to new features and enhancements. • Document test results, track defects, and provide clear and concise feedback to development teams using tools like Jira.
