Salesforce QA Engineer/QA Analyst

What You’ll Do
- Execute manual and automated testing for Salesforce applications, including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom functionality
- Design and maintain test cases and test scripts aligned to user stories and acceptance criteria
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Work closely with Salesforce Developers and Product Owners to validate requirements and resolve defects
- Support test automation efforts using tools such as Provar, Selenium, or similar frameworks
- Validate integrations and data flows using APIs, SOQL, and backend testing tools
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Document defects clearly and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely resolution

What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce QA or Salesforce testing experience
- Experience testing Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud
- Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, and validation rules
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Comfortable working in regulated or enterprise environments
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce-focused automation tools (Provar, Selenium, etc.)
- Experience testing integrations using REST or SOAP APIs
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator or similar)
