ServiceNow QA Analyst

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality and functionality. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to understand project requirements and identify potential issues. • Conduct manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing. • Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring that they are thoroughly tested and resolved. • Perform exploratory testing to identify usability and user experience issues. • Continuously monitor and report on the progress of testing activities, providing status updates to stakeholders. • Participate in the review of product specifications and requirements to ensure testability and coverage. • Contribute to the development of test automation scripts and frameworks. • Collaborate with the development team to establish and maintain testing environments. • Ensure that testing processes and methodologies are aligned with industry best practices. • Mentor junior QA analysts and share best practices within the QA team.
