JOB SUMMARY
This is a critical role within the organization, responsible for managing daily incoming new contract data and ensuring timely and accurate completeness. Oversees team leading, training, coaching, and demonstrating these and other duties to all assigned staff for ongoing process improvement and efficiencies.

SVP Client Services
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervision of staff members.
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, and retaining employees.
- Motivating and coaching employees. Assessing employee performance, providing helpful feedback, and training opportunities.
- Supports team with constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Supports discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Supports training programs and identifies training needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for reviewing and documenting āas-is proceduresā for all major functions performed by Booking Coordinators
- Responsible for documenting and recommending any process changes that will increase revenue and customer satisfaction and eliminate workarounds.
- Quality review of all performed work to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure month-end closings are complete and documented for all clients and internally.
- Management of all new Client Conversions related to data processing.
- Management of all E-booking processes as well as supporting and engaging all clients to participate.
- Management of all Salesforce tasks and tickets for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Responsible for ensuring staff has timely provided all Certificates of Insurance to GAIC.
- Responsible for ensuring all Clients have call-back or reconciliation reports in place for all bookings and that they are reviewed, approved, and completed on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Must be able to work after hours from time to time and on Month End.
- Work together with IT to analyze and improve systems and processes.
- Supports Orionās Stars and Clients, as necessary.

- Other duties as assigned.
TRAVEL
- Potential to visit corporate headquarters as requested no more than quarterly.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years in the finance industry specifically related to data integrity, process management, and ability to interpret/compile amortization schedules.
- Salesforce experience in tasks, tickets, and workflow
- Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions.
- Leadership/Management experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Certified Leasing and Finance Professional (CLFP)
- Bachelorās degree in business administration and/or ongoing education
- Project management or experience
