What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, execute, and maintaintest plans,test cases, andtest reportsbased on product requirements.
- Performfunctional, regression, usability, exploratory, andcross-platformtesting on web applications.
- Conduct API testing, database validation, and backend/server behavior verification.
- Validate bug fixes,ensure regression coverage, and maintain product stability across releases.
- Collaborate closely withproduct managers, developers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to review requirements and define acceptance criteria.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and other agile ceremonies.
- Align with developers during sprints to ensure adequate test coverage and fast feedback loops.
- Review and refinetest strategiesto optimize test coverage and quality.
- Contribute toQA processes, standards, and best practices.
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend newtools, techniques, or approaches to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay current withindustry trendsand evolving QA methodologies.
- Mentor and support other QA engineers to ensure consistency and quality across teams.
- Share knowledge and contribute to team growth and development.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment while maintaining a strong focus on quality.
- Promote a culture of quality ownership and continuous improvement.
What’s Required

8+ years of hands-on testing experience in testing of web applications, preferably in Agile/Scrum environments.

Experience in fast-paced development cycles with short iterations and frequent releases.

Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, testing life cycles, and formal testing processes.

Proficient in writing test matrices, test plans, test cases, and test reports that are traceable to requirements.

Expertise in functional testing, API testing, and database validation.

Experience using debugging and network tools such as Charles Proxy, Fiddler, Postman, Wireshark, or equivalent.

Ability to evaluate and implement new testing tools and techniques.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with sharp attention to detail.

Analyze server logs and system behavior to identify issues and root causes.

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Proven experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.Experience mentoring peers and junior QA engineers, and contributing to QA strategy and team development.

Demonstrated ability to influence quality initiatives and advocate for process improvement.

Positive, team-oriented mindset with strong initiative and leadership qualities

Background in healthcare industry

Experience offline, local storage, caching mechanism validation and sync logic testing

Experience with test data management and synthetic data generation.
