Areas of Responsibility

  • Define and maintainQA strategyfor Voice AI PoC → MVP
  • Designtest scenariosfor telemarketing flows, intents, and edge cases
  • ValidateASR/TTS quality(WER/CER, accent robustness, noise conditions)
  • TestLLM intent accuracy, fallback behavior, and confidence thresholds
  • Verifyhuman handoff, consent, DNC, and compliance-related logic
  • Analyze QA metrics and providego/no-go recommendations
  • Ensuredemo and readout readiness(no surprises on demo day)
