Job Description:
- Execute test cases (manual and automated) to validate new features, fixes, and product enhancements.
- Document, track, and thoroughly communicate defects/bugs discovered during testing, using our established issue tracking system.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases from functional requirements.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Work closely with software developers, product managers, and other QA team members to understand product specifications and ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Provide timely and accurate feedback on test results and product quality.
- Participate in team meetings, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions.

Preferred Requirements:
- Prior experience with manual testing of web, desktop, or mobile applications.
- Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, tools, methodologies, and the iterative lifecycle is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with test automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Cypress,).
- Basic understanding of SQL and database queries for data validation.
- Experience with ALPR (Automatic License Plate Recognition) or comparable imaging/geospatial systems is beneficial.
- Strong foundational understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and the software development lifecycle.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for finding defects and edge cases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency with at least one issue tracking software (e.g., Jira,).
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Target Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000Â USD
